Enhance your subscription with add-ons 

The AI add-on provides Advanced AI capabilities to your QuickTrials subscription.  It provides valuable insights and advice through a convenient chat interface.  It’s an additional way to interrogate data and obtain additional insights rapidly.

When the AI add-on is enabled, users will see the Q (AI Insights) button on certain screens.  

Pressing the button launches a chat interface with Q, the personal AI analyst!  

Users can ask Q anything related to the data set on the screen.  If for example a filter is set so only certain sites, visits, traits or test subjects are shown, then Q will consider those filters when responding.  This way users can focus on the exact data they are interested in and then ask a wide range of questions about that data.

Users can ask Q anything they want to know about the trial and observations collected.  This can include questions about the trials progress, experimental design, any data gaps or irregularities, unexpected results, or what the trial results are indicating.

Checking on the general progress of a trial to see if anything unexpected is happening.

Finding data gaps or outliers quickly

Ranking subjects based on any criteria to quickly understand performance under different conditions.

Obtaining feedback on the trial design and how it could potentially be improved next time.

Helping to identify any surprising results or values

The entire AI industry is evolving very quickly and we are seeing improvements along multiple fronts, but it’s currently not free from errors. The AI models used by Q are very advanced but are also not yet perfect.  The responses from Q should be taken as guidance or advice. We recommend using Q to rapidly get ideas, see potential issues or obtain fast analysis, and then manually verify the findings if high certainty or accuracy is required.

There are 3 aspects to how Q will evolve over time.  Firstly, as AI models and capabilities evolve, QuickTrials can incorporate the latest models and improvements to increase the accuracy and usefulness of Q. This can enable you to have best-in-class capabilities, as the industry discovers new AI models and approaches that provide deeper levels of insights and increased benefits.

Secondly, QuickTrials is continually finding ways to pretrain the models with reference material, best practices and related data so that the answers provided are grounded in relevant context.   

Finally, we take on your feedback and comments to see how we can improve the results further. Our goal is to make Q feel like magic, whereby it adds a ton of valuable insight with very little effort from the user.
