Usuwanie konta użytkownika

If a QuickTrials Mobile App or WebApp user would like to delete their user account, the following process should be followed.

Krok 1: Poinformuj swoją organizację lub administratora konta subskrypcji.

Administrator konta subskrypcji jest właścicielem danych organizacji i musi być informowany o wszelkich żądaniach usunięcia zgodnie z wytycznymi RODO.

Krok 2: Wypełnienie formularza wniosku o usunięcie użytkownika

I would like to request the deletion of my QuickTrials account from the organisation and confirm that I am the owner of this email account.

    Krok 3: Wniosek o usunięcie zostanie rozpatrzony

    Administrator organizacji dokona przeglądu żądania usunięcia i wykona niezbędne działania w celu zapewnienia zgodności z RODO lub odpowiednimi przepisami dotyczącymi prywatności danych.

    Krok 4: Potwierdzenie odbioru

    W odpowiedzi na żądanie usunięcia administrator organizacji wyśle wiadomość e-mail z potwierdzeniem.

      QuickTrials will receive your organisation account deletion request and be in contact to confirm the request and inform you about the deletion steps. Please note: These steps will remove the organisation and associated data from QuickTrials and can not be reversed.
