We are happy to announce a redesigned staff assignment page to QuickTrials! We have listened to your feedback and worked to create a more user-friendly and efficient experience for you.

The redesigned staff assignment page features a modern design, intuitive navigation, and several new features that make it easier for you to manage your staff and their assignments.

Here are some key highlights:

• Granular Visit Assignment: Assign staff members to specific locations and visits within a trial.
• Multiple Assignments: Assign multiple staff members to multiple locations and visits simultaneously.
• Multiple Removal: Remove multiple staff assignments at the same time.
• Filtering: Search for assignments by user, location, or visit.
• Assign to All Sites and All Visits: Assign staff to all current and future locations and visits within a trial.
• User Overview: Find a summary of each user’s assignments, including the number of sites, visits, and the total assignment count. This does not include assignments through the group facility.
